The Wait is OVER!

Today is the day of our long awaited public workshop about Developmental Assets is here! Tonight at 6:30 at the Beaumont Youth Centre everyone who cares about or who is connected to youth in this community is invited to attend and learn about this approach to giving kids what they need to suceed. In addition to hearing from industry experts in the application of asset building and their experience within the community of St. Albert, we will discuss future plans for implementing devlopmental assets in our own community of Beaumont. Some of these future initiatives include; Kids and Drugs Training, the HEROES program, and Step out Safely (SOS). What the Town of Beaumont FCSS needs, is your input and assistance with this new approach to providing kids what they need to truly suceed. One of the main premise's of Developmental Assets is the fact that all community members are able to impact youth in a positive and meaningful way.
